Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to Watchman Intel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all subscribers, trial users, and visitors to watchmanintel.io.

2. Description of Service

Watchman Intel is a daily cybersecurity threat intelligence briefing service. Each morning, subscribers receive a structured HTML briefing via email containing:

• CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) from the prior 7 days
• Critical CVEs (CVSS 9.0+) published in the prior 24 hours
• Active ransomware campaign tracking from the prior 24 hours
• MITRE ATT&CK technique mappings where available
• Detection queries for Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and Elastic
• Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) where available from threat intelligence feeds

Briefings are delivered daily at approximately 06:00 UTC. Delivery times may vary due to pipeline processing, API availability, or infrastructure maintenance.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the service. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription Tiers

• Watchman Intel — $499/month. Single organization use.
• MSSP — $999/month. Licensed for commercial distribution to clients.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing. Contact info@watchmanintel.io.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions include a discount equivalent to two months free. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@watchmanintel.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you experience a service failure lasting more than 3 consecutive business days, contact us to discuss remedies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Watchman Intel only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute briefing content without an MSSP or Enterprise subscription
• Share your subscription credentials with individuals outside your organization
• Use the service to facilitate unauthorized access to computer systems
• Reproduce or publish briefing content publicly without attribution
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service

6. Accuracy and Disclaimer

Watchman Intel aggregates and analyzes data from authoritative public sources including CISA, NVD/NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and community threat intelligence feeds. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but:

• Threat intelligence data changes rapidly and may be incomplete or outdated by the time of delivery
• Detection queries are provided as starting points and must be validated against your specific environment before deployment in production
• IOC data is sourced from third-party feeds and cannot be independently verified for every entry
• MITRE ATT&CK technique mappings may rely on Watchman Intel analysis for groups not yet documented in the official MITRE dataset

Watchman Intel is not a substitute for qualified security professionals. Use the briefing as one input in your security program, not as the sole basis for security decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Watchman Intel is an information service. We aggregate and present publicly available threat intelligence data. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watchman Intel shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, security incident, data breach, or harm of any kind arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on briefing content
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated threat intelligence data
• Detection queries that do not perform as expected in your environment
• Failure to detect a threat that was or was not covered in a briefing
• Service interruptions, delayed delivery, or missed briefings

You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided. Watchman Intel is a data service — we are not your security provider, incident responder, or advisor. Nothing in the briefing constitutes professional security advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Intellectual Property

All briefing content, analysis, formatting, and delivery infrastructure is owned by Watchman Intel. Underlying data sources remain the property of their respective owners (CISA, NVD, MITRE, etc.).

MSSP subscribers are licensed to incorporate briefing content into client deliverables. This license does not transfer ownership and does not permit resale of the raw briefing.

9. Service Availability

We target daily delivery at approximately 06:00 UTC. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party infrastructure, email provider filtering, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay. You may terminate your subscription at any time per Section 4.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
